2. What you'll find on this site

On this site I offer two distinct things:

• Digital products — downloadable training modules and packs, which you buy directly online.
• Personalised strength & conditioning programmes — a tailored service that is not bought from the site: you start by filling in the contact form, and we take it from there together.

3. Prices

All prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time: the price displayed at the moment you complete your purchase is the one that applies.

4. How buying digital products works

Payment takes place on the Gumroad platform, which acts as merchant of record and handles collection and VAT obligations for sales within the European Union. When you pay, you also accept Gumroad's terms.

Your card details do not pass through this site.

5. Delivery

After payment you receive an email with instructions and the code to activate the content you bought in the RP - Padel Coach app, which you can download free from the App Store and Google Play.

Delivery is immediate, or within a few minutes at most. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to me: I'll sort it out.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, European law provides that the 14-day right of withdrawal ceases to apply once performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.

In practice: at the moment of purchase you are asked to agree that the content be made available immediately, and by agreeing you waive the right of withdrawal. As long as you have not accessed the content, the right remains.

That said: if something doesn't work or the product isn't what you expected, write to me. I would rather fix the problem than have an unhappy customer.

7. Personalised programmes

The tailored strength & conditioning programme is not bought from the site. The first step is the contact form: from there I get in touch with you personally on WhatsApp, we talk, we assess your situation together, and only afterwards do we agree terms, duration and price. No payment for this type of service goes through the site.

9. What you can (and cannot) do with the content

The videos, training programmes, texts and images on the site and in the app are my property and are protected by copyright.

By buying a product you obtain the right to use it for yourself, personally. You may not share it, resell it, distribute it, publish it online, or use it to train other people for payment. App login credentials are personal and non-transferable.

10. Limitation of liability

I do everything I can to keep the site and its content available and accurate, but I cannot guarantee the service will be free of interruptions: it also depends on third-party providers (hosting, the app platform, the app stores).

I am not liable for individual sporting or physical results, which depend on many personal factors, nor for damage arising from improper use of the training or from failure to follow the health warning in point 8.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid have jurisdiction over any dispute.

It remains the case that, if you are a consumer resident in another European Union country, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence and continue to enjoy the mandatory protections provided by the law of your country.
